Addressing island youth's unique challenges — scarce educational resources, lack of summer care, insufficient parental companionship, and prominent marine safety risks — with enhanced marine safety education, ocean culture aesthetics, and full-day summer care modules.
Dual-island layout covering Dachangshan and Xiaochangshan, comprehensively serving Changhai's island youth
Located at the county seat on Dachangshan Island, this flagship Tongcang site deeply integrates island characteristics with "safety education + marine cultural education" as its dual core, providing systematic, regular growth care for island youth.
Based at the village committee on the outer island of Xiaochangshan, this site builds a "village-community integrated" youth care platform. With "targeted aid + family companionship" as its dual driver, it prioritizes care for island left-behind children and intergenerational care families.
We especially welcome volunteers with teaching experience, marine safety knowledge, or a passion for island life to protect the growth of border island youth.
