Dalian Youth Public Welfare Development Promotion Association
Article 1 This Agreement is entered into between the Dalian Youth Public Welfare Development Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") and the Changemaker (hereinafter referred to as "the Changemaker"), to regulate the rights and obligations of both parties and ensure the orderly conduct of changemaker service activities.
Article 2 "Changemaker" refers to any individual who voluntarily contributes their time, skills, and effort to provide public welfare services through the Association without seeking material compensation.
Article 3 Changemaker service activities shall adhere to the principles of voluntariness, non-profit, public welfare, and lawfulness.

Article 7 The Association shall release changemaker service activity information through official channels. Changemakers may choose to participate based on their circumstances.
Article 8 The Association shall provide necessary conditions and safeguards for changemaker service activities, including but not limited to activity guidance, basic supplies, and safety instructions.
Article 9 The Association shall record changemakers' service hours and issue service certificates accordingly.
Article 10 The Association shall purchase personal accident insurance for changemakers participating in higher-risk activities.
Article 11 Changemakers may apply to withdraw from service activities. For long-term projects, a withdrawal notice period of at least 7 days is recommended.
Article 12 Changemakers shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Association's internal documents, unpublished activity plans, personal information of service recipients, and donor information learned during service. This obligation survives the termination of the changemaker relationship.
Article 13 Intellectual property rights to works created by changemakers in the course of performing service tasks shall belong to the Association, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Article 14 The Association shall not be liable for losses caused by force majeure events.
Article 15 Changemakers shall bear sole responsibility for actions that exceed authorized scope or violate this Agreement.
Article 16 The Association reserves the right of final interpretation of this Agreement.
Article 17 This Agreement takes effect upon the Changemaker's registration and agreement, and terminates when the Changemaker withdraws or is removed.
